How to get started building materials

Start by opening the plan or intervention you want to build from. In this example, we’re creating a script for a leadership video where leaders model key behaviours. Scroll to Implementation Material. If the suggestions don’t quite fit, you can just type what you need. Shiftic will take your instruction and draft the content.

You’ll see that it structures the draft clearly, with sections, objectives, and placeholder text for the people involved. If you want to format it differently, you can ask Shiftic to convert it into whatever you need. In this case I want a table, which makes it easier to use during filming or production. It has added helpful details like props, duration, and lighting, and you can edit, move columns, or add new ones as needed.

Once you’re happy with that piece, save it and move on to the next. For instance, if you’re running a scenario-based onboarding workshop, you might want to create pre-event email communications to brief participants.
